Honestly, I don’t have some perfect '5-step plan' — what I do have is a real, messy, hopeful journey that I love sharing. It’s the kind of lived-in roadmap where you can look at me and think, ‘Oh, me too, girl. Me too.’ That’s what I’m excited about — letting people know they’re not alone. I don’t come with quick fixes or polished speeches—I come with real stories, plenty of humor, and the reminder that even in life’s hardest chapters, peace is possible. I’ve walked through deep loss, and I’ve learned that God, coffee, and a little laughter can carry you farther than you think. My heart is to share hope that feels real—because if I can find it, so can you.
I think of myself as a cairn—those small stacks of stones you see on hiking trails. Each one marks where someone has walked before, showing the way forward. My story of loss, healing, and rediscovering peace is like that. I can’t walk the road for you, but I can share the path I’ve taken and remind you that you’re not alone as you find your way.
